Prior to Your First Day

  • Communicate with your manager or ambassador about the arrival time and the dress attire
  • Have your identification for the I9 certification

Your First Day

  • Meet with your manager and/or ambassador
  • Tour of facility
  • Complete I9 certification, bring required identification
  • View and update your personal information in our associate self-service system called Tools for Every Associate and Manager (TEAM)
  • Update your payroll information, and set up direct deposit in TEAM
  • Complete the applicable State Tax Form, print and fax to Payroll at 866-495-9910

Your First 30 Days

  • Complete your new hire training requirements
  • Complete your Code of Conduct Policy & Procedure Affirmation
  • Attend the benefits orientation or complete online
  • Understand your role and responsibilities

Your First Year

  • Set job performance goals with your manager
  • Set personal development goals and understand our First Choice Competencies to develop an individual development plan
  • Complete your annual performance review
