Complete Your New Hire Training Requirements

You will have a few online modules of new hire trainings to complete. These trainings cover topics including an overview of the company, safety training, and information on your benefits.

Complete Your Policy Affirmation

The affirmation process acknowledges that you have read and understand HD Supply's Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, and that you agree to comply with HD Supply's policies and procedures.

Attend the Benefits Orientation

If you are located in Santee, San Diego (CSC), or New Braunfels Contact Center (NBCC) you will attend an orientation presented by your HR partner about the benefits offered by HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. If not, you will find your benefits orientation in Tools for Every Associate and Manager (TEAM).

• Salaried Associate: You must sign up for your benefits by the 29th calendar day of your employment.
• Hourly Associate: You must sign up for your benefits by the 89th calendar day of your employment.

Understand Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have an understanding of your roles and responsiblities as a part of our team. Refer to your manager for job specific duties.
