Complete the Return Form.
In your Order History, find the order with items you want to return, and click “Request Return.”
We've made returning products as easy as possible for you. Whether you need a different item or your order was damaged or short shipped, we are here to take the hassle out of returns.
Complete the Return Form for:
- Return authorizations
- Damaged items
- Short shipped items
Note: We accept products returned in original packaging up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Some items cannot be returned to HD Supply. These include:
- Customized orders, such as custom made-to-order and fabricated items
- Items shipped from the manufacturer
- Hazardous materials
- Goods shipped outside the continental United States
- Special orders, such as noncatalog items and volume purchases
- Defective products
- Products with expired warranties
Step 1
Complete the online Return Form. Returns will be processed within 24 business hours. Once your return is processed, you will receive an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number that should be included with your return.
You can also call 1.866.455.8901 and provide the order number, part number, and reason for your return. Our Customer Care representative will validate your item(s) for return, issue an RGA number, and schedule a pickup.
Step 2
Place the return label with RGA number on the package to be returned. If the package came from a third-party carrier, a return shipping label will be issued or a pickup scheduled for all returnable products. Place the return label over the original shipping label and reseal the box. (Please retain the tracking information from your return label for future reference).
Step 3
Return the package with the HD Supply-issued RGA number and return label to the driver.
