Our kitting program saves you time and money. We make it easy with inventory forecasting and reservation and coordinated delivery of your project’s products. Our Distribution Centers will package your items together and provide in-unit delivery that fits your property’s budget and style.* We will provide everything you need, when you need it. From kitchen appliances to bathroom plumbing, lighting and electrical, we’ve got you covered.

*Minimum 5-day lead time required. Some restrictions apply.

What To Expect

  • Kitting boxes are designed to fit through property unit entry doors.
  • If kitting boxes contain small parcel products, the products are packed to perfection to avoid damage.
  • Kitting boxes are specifically labeled so they go to the correct renovation project or unit. (A packing list is inside every box.)
  • Appliances, toilets, sinks and hot water heaters will arrive with the kits, but on separate pallets.

  • Microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers and cabinets will arrive packaged separately from the kitting box, but in the same delivery.
