We've developed our Return Policy to make returns as easy as possible for you.
Simply complete the online return form for assistance with:
- Return authorization

Some items cannot be returned to HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. These include:
- Customized orders, such as custom made-to-order and fabricated items
- Extended Inventory items
- Hazardous materials
- Goods shipped outside the continental United States
- Special orders, such as noncatalog items and volume purchases
- Warranty items

Warranty Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability
HD Supply Facilities Maintenance does not provide any warranty for the goods it supplies, but shall pass through any transferable manufacturer's standard warranties. HD Supply Facilities Maintenance excludes and disclaims all other express and implied warranties, including, but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, in no event, whether in contract, warranty, indemnity, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall HD Supply Facilities Maintenance or its affiliates be liable for (a) Any incidental, indirect, punitive, special, consequential, or similar damages, even if such damages were foreseeable or caused by HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, (b) Any claim that properly is a claim against the manufacturer, or (c) Any amount exceeding the amount paid for goods that are subject of such claim(s). All claims must be brought within one year of accrual of cause of action.
Public Sector Employees
Free Gift with Purchase and Buy One, Get One promotions are not available to public sector employees.
Restocking & Cancellation Fees
Refused or cancelled Extended Inventory orders are subject to restocking fees and return freight charges. Cancellation fees may apply on quoted volume, customized, or noncatalog items.
To help promote safety and comply with right-to-know legislation, manufacturers publish Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for some of the products we sell. MSDS are now being called Safety Data Sheets (SDS), according to the federal Hazard Communication Standard. You can find SDS on the item detail page on our website or you can call Customer Service at 1-800-431-3000 to request a copy. The packing list enclosed with your order will provide the most current advice on which products require SDS and how you can get the most current electronic copy for these products in compliance with OSHA Standard Numbers 1910.1200 and 1926.59, and OSHA interpretation letter dated December 30, 1997.
Replacement Part Information
The term "replacement" is used for all items that are direct replacements for original equipment manufacturers' (OEM) products.
The replacement parts are not made by the original manufacturers but are instead replacement parts that are manufactured by other companies. The trademarks and/or trade names of the original equipment manufacturers are used only for identifying the original brand-name equipment.
Changes in market conditions, increases in delivery costs, and fluctuations in the commodity market may require us to adjust our prices on select items from time to time. In the event there is a price change, we will inform you of the adjusted price before you complete your order. Some products may only be eligible for tiered pricing regardless of contract pricing terms.
Local Codes and Permission
Because of different local requirements, it is the responsibility of the customer to understand and comply with all local building codes before installing any item identified as meeting code. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions for use of any logos, text, graphics, or images on custom products HD Supply Facilities Maintenance produces. HD Supply Facilities Maintenance reserves the right to reject any custom order at its discretion.
Mailing List Removal
To remove your name from our catalog or promotional mailing lists or if you receive duplicate catalogs, please call Account Services at 1-800-798-8809 or email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Handling Fee on Orders Under $50
Effective August 1, 2014, there is a $10 handling fee for orders of less than $50.
In Case of Publication Errors
Our goal is to be error-free online and in our printed publications. If we discover any errors, we will inform you of the error before you complete your phone order and correct any online errors as soon as possible. Please reference our website for current products and pricing.
Terms of Sale
All purchases shall be governed exclusively by the HD Supply Facilities Maintenance Terms of Sale, which are incorporated by reference into every purchase.

Complies with Low Lead Legislation
The federal Reduction of Lead in Drinking Water Act, an amendment to the U.S. Safe Drinking Water Act, sets new, lower standards for the amount of lead permissible in plumbing products that come into contact with potable water. Products identified with this icon contain 0.25% lead or less on wetted surfaces as required by the law, which took effect January 4, 2014. Learn more about low lead legislation.

Products identified as ideallygreen® are better at supporting energy efficiency, water conservation, cleaner indoor environmental quality, proper disposal of hazardous waste, and/or the act of waste reduction than other similar products sold by HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. Hazardous material products, such as fire extinguishers, refrigerant, paint, and gas-powered motors, identified with the hazmat icon require special handling and may be subject to additional freight charges. Customers will be notified of any charges related to the delivery of hazmat products.
