Benefits Of Using My Subscriptions™
The benefits of using My Subscriptions have been defined in the My Subscriptions Frequently Asked Questions page. HD Supply reserves the right to change the features of My Subscriptions, including discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time.
Products Eligible for My Subscriptions™
My Subscriptions can only be created with items that have been identified by HD Supply as eligible for My Subscriptions. HD Supply products can be added and removed from being eligible for My Subscriptions at any time.
If you need to return a My Subscriptions order, you will need to fill out the Return Form and are subject to the HD Supply Return Policy.
Skipped My Subscriptions™ Order
If there is a problem with your My Subscriptions order (e.g., availability issues), HD Supply will send you an email requesting that that you update your My Subscriptions order to resolve the issue(s). If your My Subscriptions order is not updated before the order is scheduled to be submitted for processing, you authorize HD Supply to skip your next scheduled My Subscriptions order until the order has been updated to resolve the issue(s).
On the order submission date, HD Supply will bill the total amount of the order to your HD Supply charge account. Your scheduled My Subscriptions order will stay active and you will continue to be billed the amount of your My Subscriptions order until you pause or cancel the My Subscriptions order on the My Subscriptions order list page.
HD Supply reserves the right to change the Terms and associated standard operating procedures at any time. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF MY SUBSCRIPTIONS AFTER SUCH A CHANGE IS MADE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE NEW TERMS. HD Supply may discontinue the My Subscriptions program or any specific subscription for any reason at any time.
