*Same-Day Delivery Guarantee limited to customers in certain ZIP codes within the Denver Distribution Customer Service Area. Orders of $50 or more are eligible to receive Same-Day Delivery free of charge, but orders less than $50 will have a shipping fee applied. Applies only to orders of in-stock items that ship directly from HD Supply, except for blinds and Property Management Solutions products. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer are not available for Same-Day Delivery. Orders must be placed between 12 a.m.-9:30 a.m. MST to be eligible. Not valid on back-ordered items, cancelled items, installation orders, special orders, or property improvement orders. In the event an item is discontinued, we will inform you of the replacement item at the time of purchase. HD Supply reserves the right to discontinue or modify this program at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes at the time of order.

Same-Day Delivery is available for items that ship from your local HD Supply distribution center excluding configured blinds and property management products (e.g. signs). Items that ship from a HD Supply distribution center other than your local distribution center and items that ship directly from the manufacturer are not available for Same-Day Delivery.

5. Is Same-Day Delivery available for Digital Quotes or Customer Care Quotes?

Same-Day Delivery is not available for Digital Quotes or Customer Care Quotes.

6. What is the daily time period during which Same-Day Delivery is available for items that ship from HD Supply?

Same-Day Delivery is available for online orders that are submitted between 12:00 AM MST and 9:30 AM MST.

7. How will I know if my order qualifies for Same-Day Delivery?

Same-Day Delivery is only available for select items. If your order qualifies for Same-Day Delivery, this will be displayed under Expedited Delivery Options on the Cart and Quick Checkout pages. Qualifying orders will default to Next-Day Delivery unless the Same-Day Delivery option is selected.

8. Is there a fee for Same-Day Delivery?

Orders of $50 or more are eligible to receive Same-Day Delivery free of charge, but orders less than $50 will have a shipping fee applied.

9. If I have one or more items available for Same-Day Delivery that are on back-order, when will I receive these items?

Orders that contain a back-order will not be eligible for Same-Day Delivery.

10. Where will I see the Same-Day Delivery date for my order?

A longer delivery period will be present on the Order Confirmation email to account for any delays that could occur. The Same-Day Delivery date will be displayed on the Shipping Notice email once your delivery has been created.

11. If I submit my order for Same-Day Delivery before 9:30 a.m. MST, when will I receive my order?

All Same-Day Delivery orders submitted before 9:30 a.m. MST will be delivered by 4 p.m. MST Same-Day.

12. What will happen if I build an order before 9:30 a.m. MST, but I don't check out until after 9:30 a.m. MST?

If you select Same-Day Delivery on the Cart or Quick Checkout pages but are unable to complete your order by the 9:30 a.m. MST deadline, you will receive a message informing you that your order is no longer eligible for Same-Day Delivery. In this message, you will also be instructed to review the updated delivery dates before checking out.

13. Once I place my order for Same-Day Delivery, will I be able to make changes to the order and still receive it the same day?

Once Same-Day Delivery orders have been submitted, they cannot be altered through Customer Care and still be received the same day. Altered order delivery dates will be updated to the next available delivery date.
