Complete the Online Return Form and choose Submit Return Request

Important Note: Some items are nonreturnable, such as:

Customized orders, such as custom made-to-order and fabricated items
Extended Inventory items
Hazardous materials
Goods shipped outside the continental United States
Special orders, such as noncatalog items and volume purchases
Warranty items

Once your return is processed, you will get a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to include on the package being returned.
