Retirement Planning & 401(k)

You decide how much you want to contribute, and HD Supply puts the money into your individual account on your behalf. The 401(k) plan lets you invest pre-tax money for retirement. This is a great opportunity to help you Be Prepared for your financial future and a way that the company invests in you. New hires are automatically enrolled at 3% of pay in the HD Supply 401(k) Retirement Plan unless you actively choose to opt out of the plan.

Life Insurance and AD&D

HD Supply provides basic life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance equal to your annual earnings at no cost to you.

Financial Engines

We understand that many of our associates don't have the expertise or interest to manage their retirement planning and retirement accounts the way they'd like. We provide a free online financial investment advisor tool, as well as access to financial experts, to help give our associates access to independent, unbiased retirement help so they can best prepare for their future.

Know Your Numbers

Cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI are all important indicators of your health, so knowing your numbers gives you the best chance of identifying problems early. If your numbers are not in a healthy range, you can take steps to avoid serious or chronic health issues using resources such as health coaching, disease management, and fitness programs.
