The Handed 412 Series Surface Mounted Automatic Door Bottom Is Designed To Reduce Light, Sound, Smoke, And Fire When The Door Is Closed.
Features a rubber seal and is available with Nylon Brush, Sponge EPDM, Silicone, or PemkoPrene inserts.
The door bottom is custom cut to length and comes with installation instructions and screws.
Surface Mounted Seals up to a 3/4" gap under the door
Recommended gap is 1/2"
Smoother action positive seal mechanism: Aluminum case encloses a movable drop-bar seal actuated by a jamb-contacting plunger during door closure, providing an effective seal
Provides excellent seal to keep out draft, dust, moisture, insects, fumes, light, and sound
Can be trimmed down by as much as 2" in the field (stock lengths only). If non-stock sizes are ordered, order must note need to trim 2 inches from the size ordered
