HD Supply Now Offers Electronic Invoicing and Statements via Invoice Gateway!

Invoice Gateway allows you to receive your invoices and monthly statements electronically and even allows you to download them into multiple formats. You are also able to turn off paper mail which will not only save paper but can save you time and money by eliminating the need to open, sort, and route paper mail and the need to file and subsequently shred it.

Downloading your invoices is easy using Invoice Gateway
You can download your invoices and statements into various formats including PDF, .csv, .txt, into Peachtree® or Quick Books® software and more. You are able to download current and past invoices and statements going back up to 12 months!

Set your own preferences
Your invoicing and statements preferences can be set to email, fax or paper. Just select your preference and you are done. When new invoices are created, you will receive a notification via the method of your choice. Then just log in to Invoice Gateway to view, print or download electronically.

Important Information:

• In order to sign up for Invoice Gateway, you must register via the secure link below. Registration requires the enrollment token printed on your most recent invoice or monthly statement. This is located at the very top of the invoice or statement.

• Once you enroll, you are able to create multiple users and assign them permissions for viewing invoices and statements.
  
  Please Note:The person who uses the enrollment token and registers at Invoice Gateway is the Administrator for user set up and permissions. This enrollment token will no longer be needed or valid after the initial registration.
