- Third Level Pricing - You always get our lowest catalog price, regardless of quantity ordered. Additional discounts available; see your contract for details.
- Delivery - All orders are delivered FREE to CONUS military and federal installations, plus Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses! This includes items marked + Freight. Items including those marked + Freight shipped OCONUS have incur freight charges, and will be quoted upon request. The AFNAF customer pays freight on items marked + Freight in the catalog, following standard HDSFM freight policy.
- No Minimum Order - Our $50 minimum order surcharge is waived for GSA, AFNAF and customers of GSA to CONUS, APO and FPO addresses. Add-ons to orders placed earlier in the day are also handled at no extra charge if the original order has not yet been packed for shipping.
- Easy Payment - Our payment system is geared around your operations so it is easy for you to order the products you need. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express with level three procurement card detail for each, purchase orders, government purchase cards (SmartPay), blanket purchase agreements (BPAs), electronic funds transfer (EFT), and the HD Supply Account.

Open market items, also known as incidental items, non-contract items, non-Schedule items, and items not on a GSA Schedule contract, are flagged in our system to make ordering easier and to keep our government customers BAA and TAA compliant. When you order online, you’ll automatically be alerted if the product is non-Schedule. Calling in to our Customer Service line? The representative will indicate non-contract items as you place your order. |
