We realize there are occasions when you will need to return an item to HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. We accept product back, up to 90 days from the date of purchase, unless the product is a special order (includes custom cut mini blinds), deemed hazardous material or shipped outside the continental U.S. Please call 1-800-431-3000 before returning any of these specialty items.

Additionally, there are products designated in our catalog as "Warranty" items and these products are not returnable under the "90-day" policy. For these items, please consult the manufacturer's written warranty. HD Supply Facilities Maintenance will provide our customers, upon request, the manufacturer's warranty service telephone number and/or its authorized repair center information.
Your packing slip contains a "returns" section on the back - please complete the information, reseal your unused merchandise in the box, place the return label over the original shipping label and give the package to any HD Supply Facilities Maintenance or UPS driver. Please understand that freight charges may be applicable for some returned items.
