Electronic Catalogs

At HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, we understand that you may have a need for our catalog data in an electronic format. If you have an internal purchasing or payables application and want to eliminate the manual data entry that is required to get our product information and pricing loaded into your system, we can provide you with an electronic catalog file. By using an electronic file, we can provide you with product descriptions on over 20,000 items including images and your specific pricing. Currently, we provide the files in the following formats: Flat File, .CSV, or .TXT.

Punch-Out Catalogs

We have the technology to support punch-out catalogs. By enabling a punch-out catalog, you can securely access our online store while using your existing procurement application. A punch-out streamlines the purchasing process, and allows you to access our most up-to-date product data and pricing. By utilizing a punch-out, you no longer have to host or manage our catalog content. You are able to search for and buy products on our web site while still enjoying the benefits of your internal procurement application. Some of the benefits derived from a punchout include:

  • Custom catalogs with custom pricing managed by HD Supply Facilities Maintenance
  • Access to the most up-to-date product information (product selection, pricing, and images)

Electronic Invoicing

HD Supply Facilities Maintenance offers electronic invoicing in a variety of formats and transport protocols (see ‘Integrations’) . From custom EDI or XML mapping to a basic flat file emailed to your inbox, we can meet your needs. We will work directly with your IT team to gather requirements and build an electronic solution that works for you. With electronic invoicing, you can eliminate time-consuming and error-prone manual data entry by importing our data directly into your payables system.



Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

In addition to electronic invoicing, we also support Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). With EFT in place, your payments can flow directly from your banking institution into our accounts receivable systems.

  • And with EFT and electronic invoicing you can automate input into your payables/receivables systems and combine multiple invoices in one payment.

If you choose to send payments via EFT, it is important that the backup documentation accompanies the money transfer. Backup documentation includes your HD Supply FM account number and the invoice number that the funds should be applied to. This information needs to be submitted directly to your credit representative.

Price and Availibility Integration

HD Supply Facilities Maintenance can also link to your ordering system to provide you with comprehensive product pricing and delivery information at the time you place your orders. Before you submit an order, we can let you know what products are in stock, where they are shipping from, and the estimated delivery time. We can also provide tax and any applicable handling or freight charges.
