Material Safety Data Sheets

You may already know that manufacturers publish Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for certain products we sell. The safety sheets are now available online through HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. Download the necessary safety sheets for the products you need with just a click of the button. The packing list enclosed with your order will provide the most current advice on which products require an MSDS.

To take advantage of MSDS online, just follow these 10 easy steps:

1. Click on "MSDS" in the drop down "Resources" menu on any page.
2. A new window will open at www.hds.facilitiesmaintenance.msdss.com, or you may click here.
3. Under Search By: choose the option "Internal Number" in the first field (This is the part number).
4. In the Using: field choose "Contains".
5. In the final field Search Criteria:, enter the part number.
6. Click "Search".
7. The part you are searching for should appear.
8. Click on the "Product Name" to view product information.
9. In the product information screen, click on "View" to view the MSDS, or click on "Email" to send the MSDS. (If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you may install it by clicking the button in the box above).
10. To print out the MSDS, simply click on the "Print" button located at the top of your browser.
