On Dec. 24, 2020, The Home Depot completed the acquisition of HD Supply Holdings, Inc. USABlueBook Celebrates 25 Years

In 2016, USABlueBook, a business of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, celebrated its 25th anniversary. On May 8, 1991, Utility Supply of America was incorporated by a water and wastewater utility operator to serve the MRO needs of municipalities. USABlueBook became part of the HD Supply family in 2005.

Its first catalog, a 250-page "BlueBook" of Utility System Supplies with over 6,000 items, was a generous offering for the new company. In 2016, its "Master Catalog" has grown nearly 1,800 pages with a product offering of more than 64,000 items.
